or 'useIgp(4)', the value of tRPAdminPSAcptActnAigpMetricVal is
ignored.
              
The value of this object tRPAdminPSAcptActnAigpMetricVal is ignored
when the object tRPAdminPSAcptActAigpMetricSrc has a value different
from actionValue(1).
