column TmnxRouteNHVersion 
The value of tmnxRouteNHTemplateVersion specifies
the version of the table being accessed.  The table
is read-create only for the 'admin' version of the
table.  The 'oper' version is read-only. Only rows
with version 'oper' take operational effect.
