This object supersedes the tmnxRadProxSrvDefAuthSrvPlcy, and
tmnxRadProxSrvDefAccSrvPlcy objects.
              
A nonzero value must correspond to a row in the
TIMETRA-PYTHON-MIB::tmnxPythonPolicyTable.
