Each conceptual row contains contains status and statistics
information about PPPoE Client traffic processing in a particular NAT
Virtual Machine within an Extended Service Appliance.
            
Conceptual rows in this table are created and removed automatically by
the system.
            
The system creates conceptual rows only for a Virtual Machine within
an Extended Service Appliance associated with a NAT ISA Group that is
referred to by an E-Pipe service by means of a row in the
TIMETRA-SERV-MIB::svcEpipeNatOutsideTable.
