Conceptual rows in this table are created and removed automatically by
the system.

an Extended Service Appliance associated with a NAT ISA Group that is
referred to by an E-Pipe service by means of a row in the
TIMETRA-SERV-MIB::svcEpipeNatOutsideTable.
