The value of vRtrPimNgWrongMdtDefGrpAddr indicates the default core
group address of the Multicast Distribution Tree(MDT) in the PIM
message. Whenever there is a disagreement between the default core
group address on the router and the default core group address in the
PIM message, this object is used by the notifications to send the
default core group address in the the PIM message.
