The value of vRtrPimNgRPSetInetHoldtime indicates the hold time of the candidate RP. It is used by the bootstrap router to timeout the RP entries if it does not listen to another C-RP advertisement within the holdtime period. The value of vRtrPimNgRPSetInetHoldtime will be zero for static entries.
