The value of vRtrPimNgIfRxInvalidRegisters indicates the number of
invalid PIM Register messages received on this interface. A Register
message is invalid when the RP address in the message is not the RP
for the group specified in the message. If such a message arrives, a
vRtrPimNgInvalidRegister notification is sent.
