The value of vRtrPimNgIfRxInvalidJoinPrunes indicates the number of
invalid PIM Join Prune messages received on this interface. A Join
Prune message is invalid when the RP address in the message is not the
RP for the group specified in the message. If such a message arrives,
a vRtrPimNgInvalidJoinPrune notification is sent.
