vRtrPimNgERPGrpPrefixTable lists the group ranges for embedded RP
address information. RP address information can only be embedded in
the IPv6 multicast group addresses.
          
Multicast groups in the default group range (FF70::/12 to FFF0::/12)
are always checked for embedded RP address information.
