vRtrPimNgCRPTable lists the C-RPs and the group prefixes sent in the
C-RP advertisement. vRtrPimNgCRPTable will be empty on all routers
except the elected BSR router.
          
This table was obsoleted in release 7.0.  It is replaced with the
vRtrPimNgCRPInetTable to support ipv6 address.
