The value of vRtrPimNgAFGenSSMDefRangeDisabl specifies whether to
disable the use of default range (232/8) for SSM so that it can be
used by ASM to process (*,G).
              
When the value of vRtrPimNgAFGenSSMDefRangeDisabl is set to 'true',
the use of default range is disabled for SSM and it can be used by
ASM. When the value is set to 'false', the SSM default range is
enabled.
