    notApplicable         (0) - Not Applicable.
    unknownReason         (1) - Unknown reason.
    limitRchdForPceLsp    (2) - Limit reached for PCE-controlled LSPs.
    manyPendingLspUpdate  (3) - Too many pending LSP update requests.
    unacceptableParameters(4) - Unacceptable parameters.
    internalError         (5) - Internal error.
    lspAdminDown          (6) - LSP administratively brought down.
    lspPreempted          (7) - LSP preempted.
    rsvpSignalingError    (8) - RSVP signaling error.
