The value of tmnxOspfVirtIfOutboundSAName specifies the manually
configured IPsec Security Association name in case the Ospfv3 traffic
on the [virtual link] has to be authenticated.
              
This object is only valid when tmnxOspfVersion has a value of
'version3'.
