The value of tmnxOspfTeOptsSrTe specifies whether the link attributes
for the SR-TE application are advertised or not.
If the value is 'false' then attributes are not advertised.
If the value is 'legacy' then attributes are advertised using TE
Opaque LSAs.
If the value is 'appSpecificLinkAttr' then attributes are advertised
application specific using Extended Link LSAs.
The value of tmnxOspfTeOptsSrTe is only valid when the object
tmnxOspfTESupport has the value 'true' and when the object
tmnxOspfSrAdminState has the value 'inService'.
