The value of tmnxOspfSrMicroLoopAvoidance specifies whether
micro-loops avoidance during the convergence is enabled or not.
              
If the value is 'true', the OSPF instance will use the Loop Free SR
path for the time specified by the object
tmnxOspfSrMicroLoopAvdFibDelay.
