for resolving IGP routes has been enabled or disabled for OSPF.
              
When the value of tmnxOspfRsvpShortcut is set to true RSVP-TE shortcut
is enabled and when tmnxOspfRsvpShortcut is set to false RSVP-TE
shortcut is disabled for OSPF.
