The value of tmnxOspfNgNbrSbmGroupIfOperMtu indicates the operational
size of the largest packet which can be sent/received on the
neighbor's group-interface, specified in octets. This size DOES
include the underlying IP header length, but not the underlying layer
headers/trailers.
              
tmnxOspfNgNbrSbmGroupIfOperMtu is only applicable to adjacencies
formed over a subscriber-interface.
