The value of the object tmnxOspfMhpLfaPreference specifies the backup
preference of a multi-homed prefix (MHP).
              
If the value is 'none(0)', a LFA/TI-LFA backup path is preferred over
a backup via an alternative prefix-originating router (POI).
              
The value of tmnxOspfMhpLfaPreference is only valid when the objects
tmnxOspfLoopfreeAlternate and tmnxOspfMultiHomedPrefixLfa both have
the value 'true'.
