UDP port to be used for the test.

number is copied into the Source Port field of the Outer UDP Header of
the launched OAM echo request.
              
If tmnxOamVxlanPingCtlOutSrcUdpPt is non-zero, the given value is
copied into the Source Port field of the Outer UDP Header of the
launched OAM echo request.
