The value of tmnxOamVccvPingCtlTaiiPrefix specifies the prefix of the
Target Attachment Individual Identifier (TAII) to be used when testing
a FEC 129 AII Type 2 pseudowire.

the tmnxOamVccvPingCtlTable DESCRIPTION clause.
