present in an MPLS echo reply's RFC 4379 Return Subcode (RSC) field.
              
A valid value is returned when the test has a tmnxOamTrCtlTestMode
value of 'lspTraceRoute' or 'ldpTreeTrace'.  Otherwise, zero is
returned.
