tmnxOamTrProbeHistoryIndex

The value of tmnxOamTrProbeHistoryIndex specifies a probe belonging to
an OAM Trace Route test run.
              
The probes are numbered sequentially across the whole test run,
starting at one.
              
Here is an example of a test run that uses tmnxOamTrProbeHistoryIndex
to ensure each probe has a unique INDEX.
    Configuration:
        tmnxOamTrCtlTestMode = lspTraceRoute(2)
        tmnxOamLspTrCtlTestSubMode = srTe(6)
        tmnxOamLspTrCtlDownstreamMapTlv = ddmap(2)
        tmnxOamTrCtlProbesPerHop = 2
    Probes (note there are 4 probes (not 2) for hop 1, for example):
