The value of tmnxOamPingHistoryNetworkIfName indicates the network
interface name provided by the replying node.
              
Network interface names are configured using
TIMETRA-VRTR-MIB::vRtrIfName.
              
The value of this object is the empty string when the value of
tmnxOamPingHistAddressType is not 'networkInterface(11)'.
