is required to have before it will be forwarded over the test's
outgoing interface.
              
This object is irrelevant when both
1.  tmnxOamMcastTrCtlTestSubMode is 'mcastTraceRouteV2(2)'.
2.  The test's IP address family (i.e. tmnxOamMcastTrCtlGrpAddrType) is
    IPv6.
