originating node into the specified RFC 4379 Downstream Mapping TLV or
RFC 6424 Downstream Detailed Mapping TLV of the first request packet
of the 'lspTraceRoute' test run.
            
The first three indices specify an 'lspTraceRoute' test run.  The
fourth index specifies one TLV in a request packet.
            
Rows are created when an 'lspTraceRoute' is started (using
tmnxOamTrCtlAdminStatus).
            
Rows are destroyed when the parent tmnxOamTrResultsTable row is
destroyed.
