port for the test.
              
Zero requests the allocation of a UDP port from the dynamic range
(49152..65535, excluding reserved ranges like 64374..64383).
              
A non-zero value refers to a port in the link-measurement UDP port
pool (see tmnxOamTwlSrcUdpPoolsPoolType).
