The value of tmnxOamLnkMeasTmplCtlRetPathLink specifies whether the
return-path TLV is included with the test packet. The Return Path TLV
contains one or more sub-TLVs to carry the information for the
requested return path. The control code is a 32-bit field. Support has
been introduced for control-code 0x1 (the presence of control-code 0x1
is equivalent to tmnxOamLnkMeasTmplCtlRetPathLink = true). This
control code instructs the reflector to use the link the test packet
arrived on for the reflected packet. The destination IP address of the
reflected packet must be reachable from this interface, or the packet
will be discarded on the reflector.
