tmnxOamLagMeasPortResEntry contains LAG Measurement test results for
one LAG member.
            
A row is created by SROS when a LAG Measurement test is started, and
an active member is found within the test's LAG.
            
A row is destroyed by SROS when:
a) The row's virtual router, interface, LAG, and/or port is deleted, or
b) The parent test is destroyed by deleting the interface's reference
   to the LAG Measurement template.
