tmnxOamLagMeasIfResEntry contains LAG Measurement test status for one
router interface.
            
A row is created by SROS when a set of LAG Measurement tests (one test
per LAG member) is started on the specified router interface.
            
A row is destroyed by SROS when:
a) The row's virtual router and/or router interface is deleted, or
b) The parent test is destroyed by deleting the interface's reference
   to the LAG Measurement template.
