triggered by one 'icmpTraceRoute' request probe.
            
The first six indices specify an 'icmpTraceRoute' ICMPv6 response. The
seventh index specifies one IPv6 header within the Original Datagram
field of the response.
            
Rows are created when a managed 'icmpTraceRoute' ICMPv6 response
arrives with a parseable Original Datagram field, containing one or
more IPv6 headers.
            
A row is destroyed when the parent tmnxOamIcmpTrOrDgHdrTable row is
destroyed.
