tmnxOamIcmpTrCtlTable (along with tmnxOamTrCtlTable) contains the
configuration information for 'icmpTraceRoute' tests.
          
Two types of 'icmpTraceRoute' tests are supported, as configured
using tmnxOamIcmpTrCtlTestSubMode.  The objects which can be
configured away from default for each type are shown in the following
table.

an SAA test (as created using tmnxOamSaaCtlRowStatus).
