interface name selected by SROS for the specified test.
              
tmnxOamFindEgrDiagEgrRtrInstName and tmnxOamFindEgrDiagEgressIfName
uniquely identify an interface.
              
The empty string is returned when the egress interface name was not
found (e.g. because the test failed).
