The value of tmnxOamBierTrHistoryReturnCode indicates the value copied
from the Return Code field of the BIER Echo Reply PDU.
              
Zero (i.e. 'No Return Code') is returned if a BIER Echo Reply PDU did
not arrive (e.g. in the case of a timeout).
