The value of tmnxNtpMulticastAuthKeychainName specifies the keychain
to be used to authenticate multicast messages sent by this node.
The keychain infrastructure is queried using this keychain name
to get the youngest key to be used for generating the
authentication value for the message. Also when an NTP packet is
received by this node the keychain infrastructure is queried
using the keychain name and the key-id extracted from the
received message to get the key to be used to perform the
authentication check.  If authentication does not pass, the packet
will be rejected and an tmnxNtpAuthMismatch notification is
generated.  Keychain entries also have direction.
              
tmnxNtpMulticastAuthKeychainName and tmnxNtpMulticastAuthKeyId are
mutually exclusive and only one of them can be set at any given time.
When neither one is set, i.e. the value of tmnxNtpMulticastAuthKeyId
has a value of '0' and the value of tmnxNtpMulticastAuthKeychainName
is empty, no authentication is performed.
