flows with unknown protocol.
              
The value zero means that this timer is not used.
              
A non-zero value is only allowed in a conceptual row where the value
of 'tmnxNatPlcyPurpose' is equal to 'firewall'; in that case, the
default value is 300 and the range is [60..86400]. Otherwise, the
default value is zero.
