The value of tmnxNatPcpPlcyReuseExtIp specifies
if, in case a MAP request is received
- for a subscriber that already has a mapping
- containing a suggested well-known external port
- without the PREFER_FAILURE option
and the suggested external IP address is not available,
the PCP server will create a mapping that reuses the external
IP address the subscriber already has.
