Lite AFTR IPv6 address.
          
Broadcast, multicast or martian IP addresses are not allowed. The
value of this object cannot be set to the all-zeros address.
          
Set the value of tmnxNatFwdActionAftrAddr if the forwarding entry is
for a Dual Stack Lite subscriber.
