The value of tmnxMobProfDiaIpDscp specifies the Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) value in the IP header for diameter signaling messages sent. This value can be configured to treat a packet as Network Control (NC) packet ahead of Expedited Forwarding (EF) packets.
