The value of tmnxMobPdnRadStatMandAttrMissing indicates the number of Access-Accept messages with missing mandatory attribute. When the Access-Request is intended for IP address allocation, the response must contain a Framed-IP-Address, Framed-Pool, Framed-IPv6-Prefix or Framed-IPv6-Pool. When the Access-Request is used for pre-authentication, the Timetra-APN-Name attribute should be considered mandatory.
