consists of Mobile Country Code (MCC), Mobile Network Code (MNC),
Region string, Group Id, Node Id.
          
A mobile gateway name can be described as follows:
          
<MCC>.<MNC>.<SGW|PGW>.<Region String>.<Group Id>.<Node Id>
          
MCC : 3 digits (000-999)
MNC : 2 or 3 digits
Application Type : SGW or PGW (3 characters)
Region String : 10 characters
Group Id : 3 characters
Node Id : 3 characters
