Range.
              
The value must be specified at the time of row creation. If a 
corresponding DCCA profile does not exist in
TIMETRA-MOBILE-PROFILE-MIB::tmnxMobProfDccaTable,
an 'inconsistentValue' error will be returned. An 'inconsistentValue'
error is returned if an attempt is made to set this object
individually.
