The value of tmnxMobPdnGnGtpcProfile specifies the GPRS Tunneling
Protocol-Control plane (GTP-C) profile name. The GTP-C profile provides
GTP-C signaling related configuration.
If a corresponding GTP profile does not exist in
TIMETRA-MOBILE-PROFILE-MIB::tmnxMobProfGtpTable,
an 'inconsistentValue' error will be returned.
