The value of tmnxMobPdnGaGtpPrimeGrpName specifies GPRS Tunneling
Protocol (GTP) prime group name.
If a corresponding GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTP) prime group does not
exist in TIMETRA-MOBILE-PROFILE-MIB::tmnxMobGtpPriGrpTable,
an 'inconsistentValue' error will be returned.
