level.
              
The corresponding row for the partition index must have already been

TIMETRA-BSX-NG-MIB::tmnxBsxAaGrpPartTable.
              
The value of zero indicates that no Application Assurance partition is
specified.

partition within an Application Assurance group, and is a unique
32-bit number encoded as follows.

   - groupidx represents a group of ISA MDAs and has
     a valid range from 1..255. The corresponding
     TmnxBsxIsaAaGroupIndex must already exist in the
     tmnxBsxIsaAaGrpTable.
          
   - partidx represents a partition within a group and
     has a valid range from 0..65535. A partition index
     of '0' represents group wide information.
