The value of tmnxMobGwSysGroupGateway specifies the mobile gateway to
which this system group belongs.
              
The value of this object must be set when the row is created and
cannot be changed while the row status is 'active'. If a corresponding 
gateway entry does not exist in tmnxMobGwTable, an 'inconsistentValue'
error will be returned.
