Each row contains information about one specific multicast router
known within a Tls service.
Entries in this table cannot be created or deleted via SNMP
operations. An entry in this table will be created by the agent upon
detection of a multicast router in a Tls service for which MLD
snooping is enabled (via tlsMldSnpgCfgAdminState).
