Each row represents an instance of MLD snooping running within a Tls
service.
            
Entries in this table cannot be created or deleted via SNMP
operations. An entry in this table will be created by the agent upon
creation of a new Tls service (svcTlsInfoTable). The entry is
destroyed when the Tls service is removed.
