The value of tmnxMcPathBwPlcyT2PathHighPrio specifies percent of queue
depth reserved for high congestion priority traffic. The value of
tmnxMcPathBwPlcyT2PathHighPrio overrides the default percentage value
used to determine the low priority MBS value for the queue. By
default, 10 percent of the queue depth is reserved for high congestion
priority traffic and this default value is same for secondary paths.
              
This object is obsoleted in 19.0 release and has been replaced with
tmnxMcPathBwPlcyT2PathDrpTailLow object.
