whenever protection status of a tunnel-group changes.
          
[EFFECT] This notification is informational. A change in
tMcPeerIPsecTnlGrpProtectStatus to 'nominal' indicates protection
status readiness for switchover.
          
[RECOVERY] No recovery actions are required.
