The tMcPeerIPsecTnlGrpForceSwitchTo specifies the desired mastership state to be achieved following a forced switch between this tunnel group and its redundant peer. If the target state matches the current state when the switch is attempted, then no switch will occur. The default value of 'notSpecified' will cause the switch to be performed regardless of the current state.
